What we are looking for

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on direct customer engagement, strategic selling, and building strong channel partnerships. You'll be at the forefront of expanding our client's market presence, owning customer relationships, driving product adoption, and leading sales efforts through representatives and distributor partners.

 

Our client is a specialized semiconductor company delivering advanced FeRAM and MRAM solutions to mission-critical applications worldwide. Their technologies power innovations in industrial automation, smart grid, medical devices, and network communications.

As a key member of the global sales organization, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding the company's non-volatile memory footprint across the United States.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Drive product promotion and market development through direct customer engagement, working closely with sales reps and distributor partners

Build, strengthen, and manage relationships with key non-volatile memory customers across FeRAM, MRAM, and nvSRAM markets

Lead and close commercial negotiations with customers, sales representatives, and distribution partners

Select, onboard, train, and develop sales representatives and distributors to fuel growth and maximize performance

Support customers and partners by resolving technical and commercial inquiries, coordinating with internal engineering and business teams

Collaborate closely with global sales, marketing, and technical teams to align on strategy, pricing, and customer support


Requirements

What you bring

Only candidates meeting all the requirements AND conditions will be contacted:

7+ years of proven experience in semiconductor sales, preferably in non-volatile memory (FeRAM, MRAM, nvSRAM, SRAM, MCU, or NOR Flash).

Ability to directly engage major customers and leverage an established industry network.

Willingness to travel frequently across the U.S.

Strong negotiation skills with a results-driven, proactive and analytical mindset.

Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively between customers in the U.S. and headquarters in Japan.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Experience working for a global company is preferred

Conditions:

Candidates need to be located within commuting distance of an international airport
