The Business Development Sales Manager will lead the development of new business opportunities, strengthen existing customer relationships, and drive revenue growth nationwide.
Our client is a global provider of gas logistics, cryogenic equipment leasing, and specialized transport solutions. They are headquartered in France, with offices across Europe, Asia, and North America.
As a key contributor to the US growth strategy, the Business Development Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in expanding the company's footprint, strengthening customer partnerships, and shaping the next phase of growth in the American market.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive new business development across the US, build strong customer relationships, and lead negotiations to close sales and deliver revenue
Expand the portfolio by identifying new market opportunities and contributing to US market strategy and long-term growth
Collaborate with internal international teams to ensure high-quality service while managing forecasting and account planning
Represent the company professionally and credibly with industrial clients around the US

5+ years of proven B2B sales experience with demonstrated success in business development and new customer acquisition
Strong track record of closing deals, generating revenue, and negotiating effectively with a results-driven mindset
Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively within a global team environment
Willingness to travel approximately 50% or more across the US and internationally
Fluent in English
Experience in transport or logistics and within an international organization is a plus
